 1 kilogram of Purple Corn

  1 unit of ripe pineapple

  2 units of Apples

  10 units of Cloves

  1 branch of Cinnamon

  4 liters of water

  4 units of Lemons

  1 cup of brown sugar to taste

How to make Peruvian Chicha morada:

Boil the purple corn together with the pineapple and clove, cinnamon, once boiled, strain and let cool when cold, add sugar to taste and then the lemons, if desired, you can add small diced apples, preferably take cold .
